We want you to love your purchase from Thorne Voss. If you're not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns
You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@thornevoss.com before returning any items.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in original, unused condition and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process a refund to your
original payment method within 5 business days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of
receiving your product to request an exchange.

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Digital downloads (if applicable)
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received
